About the role:
This role is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of our Digital Workplace solutions, delivering exceptional technical assistance to our customers. As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will gain exposure to a broad and evolving technology landscape, while supporting a diverse portfolio of customers across our business.

Please note that this role will form part of a 24 x 7 On Call roster.
This is a Hybrid role with a mix of being based at our office in Port Melbourne, working from home and onsite at customer locations. You must have a valid driver’s license with own transport and be willing to travel to customers sites as required.
