About the Role:
As a Site Supervisor / Estimator, you'll take ownership of insurance repair and restoration projects from assessment through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Attending insurance claims and conducting site assessments
• Preparing detailed building reports and quotations
• Managing projects from commencement through to handover
• Coordinating and supervising trades and subcontractors
• Maintaining regular communication with homeowners and clients
• Managing site access and project schedules
• Resolving issues and ensuring projects remain on track
• Ensuring compliance with all OHS and legislative requirements
• Completing final inspections and project documentation
• Travelling throughout Albury and surrounding regional areas

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a strong work ethic. Most importantly, we're seeking a person who is motivated to grow, learn, and build a long-term career with our business.
Ideally, you'll have:

• A building trade or construction qualification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Sound understanding of OHS practices and regulations
• Knowledge of construction methods and trade costs
• Intermediate computer skills
• A current driver's licence

Insurance building experience is advantageous but not essential. We are committed to developing the right person and providing ongoing training and support.
