Your Key Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.
• Complete work to our high-quality standards.
• Maintain materials, tools, and equipment properly.
• Embrace and promote SchlamSAFE safety culture.
• Follow Schlam’s company policies and practices.

About You:

• Australian recognised Trade qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator (Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent)
• Minimum C class drivers' licence
• Able to pass an AS1554 weld test
• Experience with heavy mobile plant or structural fabrication
• Solid understanding of metal fabrication tools, machinery and safe work practices
• Forklift licence, Elevated work platform, Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (advantageous)
• A strong, proactive attitude with a focus on safety and quality
• Good written and verbal communication skills
