Pros
They don't care about the black employees they are treated differently then whites.
Cons
They don't won't to give blacks recognition they earned they give us what they won't to give us not what we supposed to get. They told all the black ppl they can't go in the kitchen but the whites can go in and out the kitchen grabbing drinks snacks all day long nothing said to them. And there are no blacks in management that's just racist.
