Shambolic management - the CEO has absolutely no idea how to run a business or manage staff.
The expectation on all staff to work 12 -13 hour days everyday is ridiculous. There is no justification for this and you will not be rewarded, its a minimum expectation so if you value your personal life, this place is not for you. If you work to your contracted hours or even a little bit over, you will be fired regardless of the work you have been doing throughout the time you are suppose to be in the office.
0 job security - you can be fired at any moment without reason. Not many people last beyond the probation period as management do not trust anyone. The high turnover of staff is unprecedented!
There is no strategy for growing the company. I seen people have 3 different job roles with the space of 3 months. This doesn't give people the time to complete a project or build any momentum. Multiple projects started but not completed which is a waste of time and money. It's so obvious this is the reason the company isn't moving in the direction it wants to. Blame is put towards the individuals who haven't been given clear direction, this is managements fault but they will not accept responsibility. I do not understand how management cannot see this with their own eyes but that goes back to the first statement of the CEO has no idea how to run a business.
With all of the above, this creates a horrendous atmosphere to work in so protect your mental health and look elsewhere for a job.
