Pros

Good Set of Clients. Good place to Learn If management Lets You. Think Before you take up their So called Fancy Offer.

Cons

I worked with this company about a year ago, and my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. On the last day of my probation period, my probation was extended citing low productivity, which was surprising in itself. During a meeting, the owner assured me that this was just a routine step and that providing an additional screen would resolve the issue. Instead of providing proper resources, the company sent me an outdated system (around 2008–2010 model) to work from home. The system did not even have a proper operating system or licensed Microsoft software installed. I had to spend my own money twice to get the system configured, yet it still did not work properly. I clearly informed the management that it was impossible to maintain productivity without a functional system. The next day, Their manager came to my residence, collected the system, and told me that a new system would be arranged. However, within the next 12 hours, I was terminated on the grounds of low productivity. Terminating an employee after providing faulty equipment and without giving a fair chance to work properly reflects highly unprofessional and irresponsible management. Because of this incident, I completely lost trust in small employers, as the way this situation was handled was unfair, misleading, and unacceptable.

Pros

1. Learnt some new things over the period of time.

Cons

1. The system lacks transparency and often appears biased in decision-making. 2. There is a noticeable pay disparity where experienced employees are underpaid, while fresh hires with comparatively less experience are offered higher compensation. Senior staff are also expected to train these new hires without any additional recognition or financial benefit. 3. The organization lacks a defined hierarchy or communication structure, as employees at all levels—junior, senior, and managerial—approach the founder/boss directly. 4. While remote working is offered as a benefit, it comes with the expectation of being constantly available whenever required by management. 5. Work-life balance is poor, with extended working hours being common. 6. Employees are frequently expected to work on weekends. 7. Job security is a major concern, as terminations can happen abruptly without prior notice or clear communication.
