My employment with AMP was highlighted by significant risks without the anticipated rewards, making it a cautionary tale for anyone considering similar opportunities.

Witnessed actual lies from leadership, received calls from clinical partners that had been acquired asking me if Advanced MedAesthetic Partners was going broke, cut training budget for healthcare providers from $10,000 a year to $2,500 per year, laid off most of their original staff due to overpaying to entice them to leave their stable jobs to come on board. Sometimes your job felt like smoke and mirrors to say you were doing something to Leon Capital Group, their backers. All in all, despite being educational, this was a sad thing to witness. When I signed on, I was offered unlimited PTO and an employee beauty budget of $10,000 per year. Six months in, PTO changed to less than 2 weeks per year and the way I found out was randomly logging into my HR portal one day to discover. Beauty budget never happened.
