- micro management
- no one is empowered, the CEO gets pulled into everything [and often derails it]
- the COO, well that's a joke. Overpaid and ineffective, the CEO's gofer
- the hallways whisper lack of trust, people treated as disposable, a complete lack of insight to the real issues
- Band aids have been normalized - so when things come unraveled as they do daily, the leadership feign ignorance when they were actually at the center of what created the storm.
There are going to be more resignations, [soon as I can find a job I'll be gone too], it’s like a house of cards. The worst part is, the ego's both within AMP and between the investor and AMP, [and there are some big ones], are now emerging as a new set of dynamics that employees are being pushed to the forefront to navigate. Everyone falling all over each other to throw you under the bus, to save their own butt. It's laughable.
Everything is boot strapped, there are no investments - nickel and diming their way through each week vs trying to stabilize and build a sustainable business.
