Pros

Don't have to start too early

Cons

No help with escalated calls, unable to hang up on abusive callers, management less helpful and more concerned with punishment.

Pros

Pay is good and you get the corporate benefits of Aetna. Paid holidays (including black Friday and MLK) plus 18 days of PTO per year.

Cons

Training is awful and unorganized, management is nothing like corporate Aetna don't let the name fool you, the culture is horrible, way over worked (60 hours in 5 days for weeks on end) yet they've done nothing but cut positions in our department for the past year, HR is off site so they have no idea the things that go on from day to day and are little help, there is 0 accountability and the employees that don't make mistakes get over loaded and tasked with cleaning up after the ones that still can't properly do their jobs after almost 2 years, management is afraid to address issues

Pros

Coworkers were fairly nice, but there were some that were standoff-ish. Building is clean and new.

Cons

Management is unorganized and seemed unprepared for growth. Tasks were given at a rapidly increasing rate, while keeping the same expectations for completing the previous ones.
