Pros

Pay is great. If you have the right boss, you have the potential to be on a great team. Huge company, learned in so many ways.

Cons

Can be an extremely toxic environment, especially if you do not have a boss who can help resolve. Managers change every 6 months on avg so taking action against the toxic co-worker(s) rarely happens. Really have to advocate for yourself to gain the respect you deserve.
