Benefits package is good and ability to stretch into various roles exists
Cons
Stretch assignments are a great way to ask you to work 60 hours a week for 40 hours pay. Super toxic work environment - tons of gaslighting Hang promotions over your head as a way to get you to take on 2-3 people's worth of work No checks and balances for management, if managers produce nobody cares how hard they abuse their team Managers not leaders, will manipulate you to prevent you from leaving Diversity and inclusion is a buzzword they use without actually following through (University specifically, other parts of the company are supposedly better)
