      - Plentiful opportunities to learn and grow - Depending on your country/location, provides good professional learning programs.

      Cons

      - Pay is below standard for industry/level - Company utilizes Bell Curve for performance evaluation - Company relies on outdated/borderline unlawful promotion system whereby you can be promoted to a new, higher position without actually getting any salary increase nor being retroactively compensated once salary is adjusted. This process can take over a year.
