      Remote work flexibility, and a mentor who genuinely cared about their interns success.

      Cons

      - The internship lacked organization and clear direction. - Very minimal contact with manager, and it was apparent that they were unaware of what their interns were working on. - A significant lack of communication regarding expectations and feedback from manager.
