Pros
In R&D, the environment is very stable, flexible schedule, not too much pressure, reasonable amount of work, and fair amount of resources. Nice coworkers and easy to talk to.
Cons
Not much innovation going on. Don't expect exciting or next gen projects. Mostly sustaining work.
