Pros
- If full-time, company wide benefits - Every other Friday off (4 day work weeks) - Option to work in office if located in Montreal
Cons
- Very little room for growth between departments - Salary increases by $50 yearly, and cannot be negotiated - Company relies on raising funds via pre-orders to sustain finances - Job security non-existent, can be terminated at anytime - Questionable business practices can challenge employee integrity, making it difficult to appreciate your job - Paycheque often incorrectly calculated, resulting in having to pay back the company months later (questionable Accounting practices) - Customer base is incredibly rude and inappropriate, If you take this job, make it temporary. Bellesa's business practices are not sustainable (not to mention incredibly questionable), and despite being a company that started more that 5+ years, it has constantly struggled.
