- The US CEO is a macro manager, condescending and disrespectful person - He will always show up late to meetings - Most meetings are held in Chinese. If you don't understand, you can always try duolingo... - Management expects you to work around the clock and be available for meeting with the Global HQ in China at 9pm, 11pm, 2am or 4am... - The CEO is highly disorganized and lacks vision. He's a rich person that flashes his tasteless Prada shoes and gives you conflicting direction. He's not capable to make a decision on his own. - The milk used in the tea latte is coming from China and has trans-fat, yet the company claims their tea is healthy... It is not! - The culture is the opposite of great LOL. There was some cool people at some point but they have been let go (because they can't speak chinese or don't work around the clock), and the office vibe is down the toilet now.
