Poor leadership skills from upper management. Lack of accountability on their part. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Their hesitation to make a decision is a roadmap to failure for the asset.

Lack of opportunities and development. Sexism and racism exist throughout the entire company (no matter the location). There is a clear lack of diversity (Just look at their DE&I page); no ERGs or clear DE&I strategy. Horrible sales leadership, and arbitrary numbers for metrics. Illegal selling; I was selling in states where I didn't even have licenses in. Lack of a clear strategy. Lack of proper sales tools and dashboards. CIM lost 10-15% of its workforce. Retention is not good here.
