      Flexible, dynamic environment with lots of ownership and some personal agency with freedom to make decisions

      Cons

      "Fake it til you make it" approach can make delivery difficult. Some of perks of being startup outweighed by demanding culture.

      Pros

      No words can describe how much I love working in Cargobase. It gave me the opportunity to build and improve my logistics experience. You won't even feel you are working because the management is really awesome!
