Pros
As Deloitte is a big firm so it give perks like various subsidies and reimbursements. Other things like PTO and fun events are also good but those completely depend on your team and role.
Cons
If you are in support role, then even in a Big firm like Deloitte, you'll have to face many problems and issues. Starting with shift rotation (destroys your body, mind and sleep), same regular boring work (the work will be easy but you'll learn nothing and never grow), work on weekends and holidays (even like Diwali), unreasonable and illogical TL/manager and extreme micromanagement. In an organization like Deloitte, where every stone speaks of culture, transparency and ethics, i have felt that those big words are more like posters on the wall only. They look good and project a good image but reality is different.
