      THERE ARE NO PROS OF WORKING HERE EXCEPT THE FACT THAT ITS JUST BIG4

      Cons

      toxic working environment, have to work from the time you open your eyes in the morning to when it gets unbearable to keep them open anymore and still get no appreciation and get paid from 9-5 even if you worked 24 hours in the day. No one cares about you, work is handed out as soon as you complete a task even if it is 12am. Very toxic seniors they dont want to coach you, being a beggar is better at this point because technically you are already begging them to coach you

      Having a great team is key, don’t need to have much accounting knowledge, lots of on the job learning

      They don't overwork you and you get to move around EY offices in the world if you really want to

      Cons

      Not providing some of the absolute basic minimums for our time. Only free water and coffee, can't even get an apple or a banana for free. Its cheaper to buy them in the convenience store outside the door. Office is bland and boring, screens are bad, IT equipment poor. Office also too small to accommodate all the staff. Pay is not great.
