The work ebbs and flows inconsistently. The management sells solutions to companies that they don't actually have the talent for in house, which puts a lot of strain on the team members to deliver things they don't know how to do. There is a lot of flying by the seat of your pants here. The middle management is not good for the most part - the managers hired are often promoted from within without having earned their new title. Very little team building. Very sales oriented which seems a bit pushy and not in the best interest of the customer. Overall, not the best environment if you want to grow and move up in your career.

Ownership in Ottawa immature. Feels like a fraternity setting. For every bad review, they ask the group to add in a good review; therefore, the good reviews were given by employees asked to counter-react the negative ones. HR is unprofessional and never present. Beware that "open door" policy is equal to HR running to the owner. HR always pestering others to do her job and "demanding" to post/send available jobs to friends, linkedIN, facebook, etc. Every one worth of value has left the company.
