- Nice office location - Some perks that are not offered by other companies - Some travel depending on your position - Some activities

Cons

- Bad Management. - People are not treated equally - Lots of empty promises to employees. - Business is conducted in a very unethical way. - Projects are never fully delivered as agreed with clients. - Owners present the company in a misleading way, in terms of size of the company and the team capabilities. - Bad relationships with clients. - Misrepresentation by HR towards new hires. - Been here for two years and can not wait to leave. - No career path.
