Pros
Pretty much unlimited opportunities here, given the favorable period and project type we have focused on over the past 2 decades. This is true both for new employees and seasoned professionals, supervisors, and managers.
Cons
A very large organization that permits some to get lost, but given modern communications the company appears to be excelling at many things. Most newer employees appear to be happy and eager to take on more responsibilities, but some of our most talented have left for diverse design opportunities elsewhere in the profession, probably a healthy thing to do early in a career.
