Above average technology to work with, good technical staff and technical managers to work with. Corporate Management (above the business lines) appears to be pretty good.
Cons
Senior management is relatively poor in certain business lines. Appear to be out of touch with the operations and clients. Generally executive/senior management in business lines are very short term thinkers. Poor business transparency with staff and front line management.
