Pros
Not many come to mind, except the minimal paycheck that continued to come and maybe the 9/80 schedule some others were able to enjoy.
Cons
Leadership - my manager only looked out for himself Resources - Never enough, always "do more with less" Opportunities - So many people, everyone only wears 1 hat. No opportunities to learn anything new.
