Pros
Great pay and benefits. Interesting people to work with, very friendly. Management has an open door policy that really means something. Company has gone through significant growing pains but have taken great strides to become "one AECOM" folding many legacy companies into one operating unit. Interesting and varied projects and clients. Safety and employees are number one, that said, as a publically traded company bottom line is stressed.
Cons
As with any large publically traded large company they are very risk averse leading to cumbersome time consuming processes and paperwork. But management is listening and one can see efforts to streamline the processes where possible. Identifying the path to advancement is difficult but management is now focusing on employee development.
