Pros
Management really pushes for organic growth - a lot of internal and external training, advancement opportunities, etc. Company has the resources to hire non-cleared people for cleared positions and initiate the clearance process.
Cons
Support services are very spread out, and it can be hard to find the right person or office. Merger with URS caused a lot of confusion as sectors realigned.
