Pros
If you get a good line manager, it is OK and there are some decent, kind and competent colleagues and interesting projects. Current EMEI manager seems to be authentic.
Cons
Atmosphere can be a bit soulless. Barrage of management speak from above. Constant pressure to meet budgetary targets. Arm-twisting to travel in own time etc to cut costs on lump sum jobs. Management turns on Ts&Cs during assigments. But no credit for delivering within budget. Seems to be run by accountants in ivory towers..... Expenses system is way too cumbersome.
