Hours are great and family oriented, sometimes there is overtime and some perks ,the people and co workers is very nice and we all work together as a family, we have a lot of parties
Cons
No promotional aspect, in the position, its for a retirement, the position here is great if your starting out in the security field, but there is not promotional growth you will half to promote yourself out of the position meaning you might half to leave the company
