Cons
Too many to describe, see all the other reviews. The company is too top heavy, and the execs are too out of tune with the technical staff. Too much of a focus on profit, you are just treated as a number. Upper management has forgotten that a successful company's foundation is talented and happy staff and project level engineers/geologists. The work atmosphere itself is nice, until you realize you are underpaid and blamed when billability is low. No bonuses or recognition for good work. The list goes on and on. I feel they do this because they feel like you don't have any other options. With economy in full rebound though, things are changing and have already started.
