Pros
It's been a really great experience working at AECOM. In a year's time working here, I've had the ability to help drive forward the kinds of changes that make this a great place to work. Although we have tens of thousands of employees around the world, I feel like my voice matters and is heard.
Cons
We need to continue to hire great talent -- people who are willing to collaborate and break down barriers because sometimes it feels like there's negative energy, especially among folks who have been here a long time.
