Pros
It is relatively stress-free. You could definitely earn more working for a contractor or developer, but there is a good vibe that keeps people here. Nice work environment and everyone is friendly and helpful. Most people value their work and we are seen in the industry as being one of the best. Also, good opportunities to transfer overseas or to new locations if you desire.
Cons
There's no bonus or profit sharing. Big US company can sometimes make you feel like a tiny cog in the machine. Some managers (fortunately not the main ones) have little engineering knowledge.
