Providing Fair salary remunerations. It gives us nice environmental friendly accommodations and safety conditions
Cons
in our location the evaluations of our management in not fair. Frequently changing higher manager causing us to suffer the consequences regarding evaluations. The management is very slow in solving the accrued problems within the acquired projects.
