Pros

highest as permanent retail worker (as far as I now), you got 4 weeks annual leave as well. good career opprtunity. you can get 65ks as duty store manager, 90k's as assistant store manager, and 120k's as store manager.

Cons

changing shift. one day you can do 6a-3p, next day 1p-9p, 9a-4p, and so on. the shift are different every single day. if effects your sleep pattern, work out pattern, and so on. (it's about preferences). max you can only work 70 hours/fortnight

Pros

Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

Cons

EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

Pros

+ industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

Cons

+ work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
