Pros
pay and benefits are decent. benefits are really great if you have a family. medical dental vision 401k matching 5%.
Cons
never enough time to finish the job. the company has the stores working with a skeleton crew and want you to be able to run the store while doing deliveries within just a few hours. constantly getting talked to about not getting to breaks because there isn't enough time. yet they don't even want to give you the opportunity to stay late either. full time starts at 25 hours. one week your scheduled 40, the next 25. not a reliable paycheck.
