Pros
Pay is decent and benefits if you want a job where you want to be miserable. If you are a kiss up and like some sexual.harrassment then you may succeed with the company
Cons
Horrible company to work for so don't let the pay fool you. Supervisors only concerned about themselves and not employees. They are also unfair to workers and not concerned the the workers personally. Basically they are out to screw you for their best interest regardless of time you put in to the company, you are no better than someone else that just walks in the door.
