Pros
Great benefits, good hours, above average pay in the Chicago area. Some managers are good at being a manager and they also work along side employees. A few coworkers were nice and were very helpful. From them I've learned efficient ways to handle tasks i was struggling with. It helped me improve my timing.
Cons
Some of the employees where less than willing to work along side someone whos in training , including a manager. Seem that they were annoyed anytime you asked questions or needed help. One manager, without specific instruction would wait til after i finished a task to tell me I'm wrong or constantly telling me to work faster. She was very nit picky on everything. I thought it was just me but the other employees said thats just how she is.
