Paid vacation and sick days, overtime, small staff so everyone knows each other
Cons
Associates are not paid enough for the amount of responsibility that is put on them. This makes it very hard on managers who are also not paid enough. Aldi pays well if you are doing the job of one person but as an asm, you will do the job of 15 people. The people who work hard get taken advantage of while 80% of the staff coasts through the job.
