Pros
Good pay Most of the employees were cool. They provide company shirts/fleece jackets so you're good on your shirt laundry.
Cons
Not enough staff working in the store at a time, so you feel overworked. You're rushed to get off break or sometimes you may not get a break. As a manager during break you STILL have to perform duties, so you are not really given a full break. CANNOT transfer to corporate even if you're a store manager unless you have a bachelor's degree. This was told to us by a district manager. A lot of entitled customers
