- Have to work one Saturday and one Sunday a month - Salaried at 50 hours but the amount of work assigned requires you to work more - Toxic culture of “do as I say” - they don’t want anyone questioning decisions made, even if it’s clearly not working - You aren’t able to apply for any other positions within the company.
