Pros
Great pay, good apprenticeship scheme (in theory), the days usually fly by, you don't need a gym membership!
Cons
The pay keeps you there, they work you incredibly hard (sometimes you wonder if anyone had met their time scales!) Very physically exhausting but you adapt, just very hard to get used to in general
