DM was very rude, refused to talk to anyone but Store manager. Threatened to write me up multiple times for things like taking over front end for a break and counts (her issue with counts was not my mistake but other ASMs). Other two ASMs were working as store manager while spot was empty, one constantly blamed me for his mistakes. When I first got promoted, there was a an LSA that worked there longer and was older and thought she deserved the position over me… yelled at management, caused a scene in front of customers, and sent nasty message to [former] DM and was sent home for the night (it was already like 6 or 7pm), no punishment was given and was very rude towards me for weeks. Even after bringing this up with management, they did nothing. I got pregnant months later and they instantly started screwing me over even more. Switching my schedule to closings only, leaving all the counts for me (which I would have finished for them before 1pm when I would open), saying they didn’t want me working too hard but leaving more work for me to do at night than I would have in the mornings or mid shift. A hurricane hit my store back in October and left lots of water damage… when we were finally able to come back to clean up, management let us know there was a lot of mold (that I shouldn’t be around) and when someone said something, they stuck me in a bathroom to clean and continued to find reasons on why I needed to stay. DM then told them that she wanted to open that night (with this mold) and ended up opening the next day. Absolutely hated this management and so glad I left.
