Pros
The pay and monthly bonus is great. Benefits are second to none.
Cons
Be ready to give up your life. Staffing was a constant issue because they consider full time 25 hours or more, and the DM's want their huge productivity at any cost. 'Push your people to do more' is their motto. Aldi may pay more but when my employees were only given 28 hrs they quit. The DM's don't care about anything except getting their big numbers. I worked on days off, 60-90 hrs per week. No appreciation, even after several years with the company. Not worth the personal sacrifice. If you want work/life balance DO NOT work here.
