Sometimes Management thinks they are some kind of celestial beeing, if you work hard they want you to work even harder if you useless, thats fine because one of the hardworker will do everything instead of you, and if you do something bad, probably you dont need to take responsibility for it if someone there who can hold their back because you are useless. Probably it is not the case in every single store, but mine was like this after a few good years. In the begging was super cool. Best place i ever worked with, but when the Management got pressure from upper managers, they attitude is awful just because they want to cover they own back even if it takes loosing good employees.
