Employees are not valued. Salaries are not based on merit. - Project Manager AMP Limited Employee Review

I have worked for this company for close to ten years. I've consistently received excellent performance reviews. In the past 5 years my salary has increased by 2 percent only. They measure employee value based on a market salary and and not on merit or achievement or an increase in workload and efficiency. There are no development or progression opportunities for those who work part time or need other forms of flexibility. It's a big boys club and they say they stand for a bunch of values such as diversity, flexibility etc but all of that comes with a price. I.e those employees are not valued. This company is so disjointed, internally departments don't work together to develop a cohesive strategy and senior leaders do not communicate collegiately with their workers.
