Pros
The people under the levels of manager are nice (anything higher than a manager isn’t that nice) The building is great, best views in Sydney. Wfh is good, barely 2 days a week.
Cons
Poor pay and no increases for over 3 years. My manager told me I’d have to leave to get a rem increase. Poor, toxic, incompetent management with inflated egos who promote bullies. We’re not allowed to ask annon questions or we’re punished. Alexis literally hates all of us since day 1 and rolls her eyes at our all ins. Projects are a mess because of band aid decisions, incompetent decision makers and the LT all hate each other and only care about how much money they can make off AMP. KPIs are a joke and don’t matter as everyone gets the same crap bonus anyway. There is no structure around wfh, everyone avoids everyone and you rarely see your team. Go in any day, for 10 mins or a full dsy, no one cares. There is no collaboration or team culture at all as the people managers don’t know what they’re doing at all. There is no development, no career progression, everyone in the same job not moving forward forever. They won’t promote you, financially reward you and will burn you out but make it your fault. You’ll have to pay for your own travel for mandatory interstate work events but certain people get a free ride. It’s very chosen ones vs everyone else. I was sexually harassed and it became my fault, bullied and nothing happened. Incompetent HR and no one to protect you. We’re so lean and no one is replaced to we’re worked to the bone with an unreasonable relentless pace that isn’t normal.
