Pros
AT&T was a good place to work, in the office or remote. However, leadership often could not decide if remote was acceptable so there was times an office was required and times one could work remote - for the same job.
Cons
The constant reduction in force. It would seem that to maintain the cost of employees that there would frequently be a reduction in force and then there would be subsequent hiring and training of new employees.
