Pros
The people. Being surrounded by some of the best people around who want to better themselves and take care of their family. I built strong relationships with the people there.
Cons
The business model is flawed. There is a big push for a team environment, but working as a team is in direct conflict with being successful. It rewards being selfish with your time and treating the candidates looking for jobs as inventory and product. People that tend to be successful there usually work within Engineering or more skilled divisions because the process works. Also the work-life balance is terrible and the job presents no stability. When you struggle or if the office as a whole is doing bad overall, it's seen as a "grit" or a "determination" problem, instead of a strategic issue. For a national company, there are very few resources provided.
