Pros

People, people, and people. But the good ones dont stay long

Cons

Lower pay then average Quarterly layoffs, with a bad severance package. Bought linode(cloud) but the product is not ready to be sold. But management put 20k targets on it per person. Spend almost a billion usd buying API sec companies noname/neosec which only had 20 customers. Now they are pushing to make that money back, with a beta product No growth possibilities as they rather hire outsiders then promote
