No job security They will get down to a any level till u join the company after joining you need to listen and do watvever thy tell else u need to resign or they will fire u. They will ask you to work in support, testing or even relocate to very bad client, you need to work like as dunky like day and night If u don't agree then they will target you and label as non performer and fire you with our any notice.......
