Pros
1) Has good clients to work with - PayPal and Ford in Chennai and more coming in. 2) Work life balance is good 3) Growing company.
Cons
1) No transport when working in Altimetrik premises in Ascendas. If working from client location (PayPal) alone, the transport can be availed. Ford Does not provide transport options. Not sure on the other clients available in chennai. 2) No procedural appraisal and rating communications. 3) Hike is not that good. 4) was able to available WFH in PayPal, but guess not allowed when working in Altimetrik premises.
